Enjoy a Ninohe Journey Kaiseki 10 course dinner paired with 5 different kinds of Southern Beauty - Nanbu Bijin sake at Kyo Ya, one of the hardest reservations to get in New York. Executive Chef Chikara Sono will be serving a menu designed around Ninohe ingredients and plated on Joboji Urushi Workshop Co.Ltd. lacquerware. Limited to 12 people per day.

10月2日木曜日、3日金曜日、4日土曜日の3日間、イーストビレッジの人気店 饗屋にて、料理長 園 力(その ちから)氏による二戸市の浄法寺漆器(漆器はJapanと言われますが、純日本産漆の80%以上が実は二戸産です。)の器で楽しむ懐石コースを特別限定でご案内致します。短角牛、岩手のお米いわてっこなど様々な二戸食材をふんだんに使用し、お酒はもちろん、二戸自慢の地酒、南部美人と共に味わって頂きます。
