TASTE OF NINOHE - YOSHOKU SAKE DINNER

We are very excited to announce another special event with Ninohe City Fair! Ninohe is a very small city in Northern Japan where they are famous for Joboji Urushi lacquerware and delicious Nanbu Bijin sake. This time we will welcome the owner chef Koichi Furudate from Bonheur restaurant to introduce the local “Taste of Ninohe”.

Along with Chef Koichi will be chef Akiyama from SakaMai serving his signature dishes. This collaboration is a one-time-only occasion so please do not miss this opportunity. In attendance will also be a very special guest from Ninohe - Kosuke Kuji, the 5th generation president of Nanbu Bijin Brewery. We will feature his Tokubetsu Junmai Sake which was awarded the title of Champion Sake this year from International Wine Challenge (IWC).

PRICE: $75.00

Price includes: dinner & paired sake, tax, gratuity.  Additional drinks ordered from our menu will be charged separately.

DINNER:

5-course meal, a collaborated effort with Chef Furudate of Bonheur in Ninohe city and Chef Akiyama of SakaMai in NYC.  Beverage: Nanbu Bijin Tokubetsu Junmai, an award winning sake, will be served with dinner.
